The doctor was professional and trustworthy. They explained that adding silicone is aesthetically better, and not adding it is safer. I had surgery recently, and there was no swelling and it looks natural, so I am satisfied. I don't think they do nose bridges using autologous dermis or fascia. Because they take septal cartilage and perform the surgery, the advantage is that there is no pain. They make the tip of the nose not overly sharp, so if that aesthetic suits your taste, it is a hospital worth recommending. If you can check the hospital website or review photos, take a look, and if the aesthetic matches yours, I recommend getting surgery here.
