Ugh lol I was writing and it disappeared, so I will skip to the point and just write the main part. This is like a record I am writing for myself to read. I think I fasted for 14 hours, with konjac jelly eaten at 9 p.m. the night before as my last meal. Arrived at 11:40, went to the pharmacy, got the prescription, signed the consent forms, paid, and entered the operating room at 12:10. The surgery was done under sedation anesthesia plus local anesthesia, and Mentor Boost 390 cc was placed in dual-plane position. I went into the recovery room at 2:00. As soon as the anesthesia wore off, it hurt really badly. The center of my chest, above the sternum, where the ribs start? It hurt like someone was pressing down hard there. I dozed in and out for about an hour and came home around 3:30. Even on the way home, if we went over speed bumps or bumpy roads, it hurt a lot. I do not think it is hurting because the implant is moving, because even when I held my chest tightly it hurt I took the medicine and fell asleep again immediately. Woke up at 7 p.m. From then on it really, really, really hurt People say it feels similar to muscle soreness after doing chest exercises, but it is a bit different and more intense. You cut the chest muscle and insert an implant, right? It hurts exactly like that, extremely badly. I had taken the noon medicine at 3:30, so I could not take the evening medicine, and I tried to eat a little porridge and take one Tylenol tablet instead. But I felt nauseous, like I might throw up, started sweating coldly, and felt like I would collapse. After lying down on the bed for a while, I got better. After that, I ate more porridge, then bread my dad bought, drank milk, and now it is 11 p.m. After taking the evening medicine, I feel a bit sleepy. Pain is around 7 to 8 out of 10? Earlier at 7 p.m. it was around 9 out of 10.. (I lowered it by 1 point because tomorrow might hurt even more) My upper chest swelling is noticeable even over the compression bandage lol Anyway, the day 1 review is that my pain control failed and it hurts way too much I am having a hard time
