3-month nose surgery review It has been about one month since the surgery, and I am organizing my impressions based on how things are now. During the first week, there was some swelling and a bit of tightness at the tip of the nose, and the nose felt firmer than I expected. By the second week, the major swelling had gone down and the bruising had almost disappeared, and that was when the line started to become visible little by little. Now it has become much more natural overall. The bridge was refined without being overly high, and the tip has settled into place without looking lifted. What I am personally most satisfied with is that the spread-out look from the front has been reduced. The reaction from people around me has also been comfortable, which I like. It is more like, “It looks somehow cleaned up,” rather than giving the impression that they can clearly tell I had surgery. The tip is not completely soft yet, and a slight firmness still remains. As I was told during consultation, I think it will loosen up more naturally as time passes, so it is not something I worry about much. Daily life is going on with almost no discomfort, and the scar is not noticeable enough to bother me. Overall, I think the direction they took during the first consultation was right: they did not overdo it and designed it to suit my face. At this stage, I think it turned out fairly well. For anyone worried about their nose, rather than pushing for too much, it seems better to refine it within the range that suits your own face for a more natural result.[Clinic A]Kim Jin-woo[nose procedure]second surgerybridge (silicone)lowering the starting point hump correctionalar cartilage repositioningcolumella loweringseptum, ear cartilage[Anesthesia]local anesthesia + sedation[Operation time]about 2 to 3 hours total
