If they put in a columella support, does the philtrum really get pulled up and end up looking longer? Ugh, my philtrum was already long, but now it looks insanely prominent, I literally look like an Australopithecus.. my facial balance is completely ruined.. Would it get better if I remove the support and do it with a septal extension in a revision surgery.. I just want to die right now.. It has been a month since surgery and the major swelling has gone down, but my philtrum already looks a meter long, damn it.. Is there anyone like me, please help me, please
