I was told by many clinics that because my nose is large, revision rhinoplasty would not improve it much, and I also heard from many places that it would be better to fill out and enlarge other areas to divert attention. This clinic was also one of the candidates for my first surgery, so I went for a consultation. As usual at other clinics, the director recommended fat grafting, while the head coordinator said that since I still have a youthful face, I should get eye surgery first rather than fat grafting. Same here. The director recommended full-face fat grafting for the forehead, temples, front cheeks, and nasolabial folds, and since I said I wanted eye surgery too, after discussing the eyes they recommended secondary eye surgery and lateral canthoplasty because I have ptosis. But surprisingly, if you do all three together, the cost apparently is not in the several-thousand range; as far as I remember, it was usually about the price of revision rhinoplasty. Anyway, the director was kind. But I just went back to my original clinic and got aftercare.
