The waiting time was long, and the director seemed very busy. If you are expecting a YouTube-style experience, you probably shouldn’t. In the end, it’s a solo-practice clinic, so I imagine there are many advantages. It would be good to write down the questions you need before the consultation. The consultation time is on the short side, so there isn’t much time to think. They do answer the questions you need, so there’s no need to worry too much. The staff are generally kind. I like that there doesn’t seem to be any pressure to book surgery.
