My nose has always been generally low, and the bridge is almost nonexistent, so I was worried that my face looked less defined. I had heard a lot that even a slight overdone result in male rhinoplasty can look awkward, so rather than deciding on surgery right away, I went in with the idea of starting with a consultation.~ Dr. Kim Dae-hwa even drew the nose design himself and explained in detail how the line would be set after surgery, which made it feel much more real to me.~ What I liked most was that he tailored the nose to the features of a male nose so it would look natural yet masculine, and instead of simply making it higher, he emphasized harmony with the face and gave me a realistic direction based on a line that would suit my face, which left a strong impression.~ Overall, it was a consultation that respected my needs, so I was very satisfied, and after the consultation, my vague worries were organized a lot, and I felt I had a much clearer 기준 for surgery.
