3 months in lol The thing I'm most satisfied with after my nose revision is the midface area, above all else. 4 years ago after my first surgery, the tip drooped -> the columella drooped too? -> the nose looked longer;; -> the crookedness became even more visible.. lol What kind of mess is this When I smile, the columella almost touches the philtrum. Just because my nose drooped, I ended up with three things I didn't like I'm very happy with the side profile too after the revision, but the frontal improvement is so huge that I can't help saying it.. haha I used autologous costal cartilage. I also had crooked-nose correction and nasolabial-angle correction together! My consultation was really long, and they explained the realistically improvable parts and the difficult parts separately, which really helped me judge the result in a realistic way!!
