I had the silicone removed and left only the support structure, then brought the tip down and had fascia reinforcement for the step. Even considering the swelling, I am so satisfied with the shape of my nose right now that I'm worried.. haha Usually people say that once the swelling goes down, the tip drops, so they say you need to keep it supported, but right now the tip is exactly perfect, isn't it..? Everyone I know who has seen it says, one hundred out of one hundred, that it turned out so much better than my previous nose surgery and that it came out really well. My nose was so blunt that I could barely even say it was a fleshy nose? So my dream nose was something round and soft like Jennie or IU, but in my previous surgery, anyone could tell it was a nose job, with a raised and sharp look plus it was still a big nose. Now it has become really round and cute T_T I'm thinking that if the swelling just goes down well, it'll be fine, but since I'm so satisfied right now, I'm scared the tip will drop and the shape will change from here.. Will the tip definitely droop more once the swelling goes down? T_T

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 1 2-month review

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 1 Anyone with septal extension or support surgery, is the foreign-body sensation okay?
When I brush my teeth or smile, the foreign-body sensation doesn't go away, so I'm thinking about removing everything. Is there anyone else like me?
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 1 Record) Silicone removal, step correction with ear cartilage/autologous dermis surgery
First removal - remove the silicone and fill the step with ear cartilage. However, later the cartilage became very visible and the nose tip turned pointy, so I decided to have surgery again five months later. Second removal - the cartilage
