Even before the surgery, my mouth was not sticking out that much, but the photos came out terribly for some reason,,,,,,,,,,,,, At another clinic, they kept gaslighting me by saying my bulbous nose was severe and that I absolutely had to get alar reduction to get the nose I wanted, but this was the only place that had no plan for alar reduction and instead corrected the bulbous nose to get rid of it. Even I thought that if I got alar reduction, my nostrils would get super tiny and breathing would be uncomfortable, so I found it ironic that everyone kept recommending alar reduction. Anyway, now that life has gotten manageable, I can even write a review like this lol
