Nose Surgery Reviews

Functional and cosmetic nose surgery, finally after a long deliberation

At last I solved both my chronic rhinitis symptoms and my bulbous nose in one go, something I had been worrying about for a long time. Maybe because I was getting older, my nose tip seemed to be drooping too. I had wanted surgery for a long time, but I did not have the courage... Still, I think it was the right decision to go ahead now. Mighty felt much more trustworthy because it is a one-doctor clinic where the director personally performs the surgery. It gave me the feeling that I would be cared for more closely than at a factory-style or large hospital. The overall atmosphere was neat and private, so I felt very comfortable. Because of childcare and golf schedules, I wanted to avoid using silicone, and they understood exactly what I needed. From the process of dissolving my existing nose filler before surgery to the implant-free autologous costal cartilage procedure, they explained everything kindly and in detail. During consultation with Director Park Jeong-heum, after looking at the condition of my nose, he said that a bulbous nose and a crooked nose could be corrected with lowering the columella and reducing the alar base. Since functionally my nasal airway was quite narrow, he honestly pointed out in advance that there could be limits to functional improvement with surgery alone, and that sincerity really built trust, so I decided to have surgery here. Unlike my worries, the director was highly skilled, so breathing became much easier, and even without an implant the nose tip rose naturally and elegantly, making my impression look much more refined. I had never looked at myself and felt satisfied before, but now I feel so proud every time I look in the mirror. I even wonder what it would have been like if I had had surgery sooner.
