I had double eyelid surgery before, but the line was too thin so it looked almost like a hidden double eyelid, and both sides were slightly uneven, so I got revision surgery. This time I looked for a hospital that would make the line a bit higher while matching symmetry as much as possible, and because it was revision surgery I searched more carefully T_T I went to several consultations, but some places felt like they were pushing too many things, and some consultations were too short. Then I went to Dress Plastic Surgery. There were a lot of people, but the consultation itself was quite thorough. The doctor explained the current state of my eyes and the look I wanted while drawing the line, so it was easy to understand. I had natural adhesion revision double eyelid surgery, non-incisional ptosis correction, and upper, outer, and lower canthoplasty together. At first I was only planning to reestablish the line, but after the consultation I decided to do the canthoplasty too because it seemed like it would improve the cramped feeling. Right after surgery there was a little swelling and tightness, but for revision surgery it wasn’t nearly as severe as I feared. As time passed and the line settled, it became much more natural, and what I’m happiest about is that the symmetry between both sides improved a lot T_T It doesn’t feel like a dramatic change, but more like my eyes became clearer and fresher, so I’m satisfied haha. Since I was doing all the canthoplasty except upper canthoplasty, I was a little worried, but there was no overcorrection and I like it. I just hope it stays fixed well for a long time like this.
