Three years after my first surgery, I had a C-shaped bend in the bridge and my upturned nose had not improved (no contracture). The director understood exactly what I wanted, and shaped it into a rounded form without making it too flashy. The columella was improved as well, and the previously bent silicone remained straight and worked well. The director said no when something could not be done, and did not push anything excessive. Because this was a revision surgery and a difficult case, it cost quite a bit, but it was so satisfying that I felt the price was reasonable.
