Three years ago, after a nose surgery without implants, a step-off developed. When I was under bright light or taking photos, a horizontal line appeared at the tip of my nose and the hollowed area bothered me so much that I decided to get revision surgery and went ahead with it.
I was relieved to hear that the step-off could be improved without an open approach, and I was glad that there was not much bruising and that it did not greatly interfere with daily life.
It has been one month, so I think there is still a bit of residual swelling, and I will need to keep observing it.
I am satisfied because the hollowed step-off area has been filled in.
