Before my nose surgery, people who didn't really know much would look at my nose and say things like, "Did you have surgery and then get a contracture because it failed?" T_T
I had a nasal bridge filler once about 6 years ago, and I thought that might be making it look worse. But my natural nose already looked like this... From the front, my nostrils are extremely visible;;
I was so stressed that I decided to get nose surgery. Honestly, I thought that if the stress of showing my nostrils from the front could just go away, I wouldn't care how much it cost. But after surgery at Mighty, that nostril issue from the front was gone, and the shape improved so much that my face looks different. Comparing the before-and-after photos, I even look younger lol
I had functional + cosmetic rhinoplasty, and they used silicone and autologous costal cartilage. Since my nose was short, it needed lengthening, and I didn't understand much about it, but when they examined me they found that my nose was a bit deviated too T_T I also had crooked-nose correction and columella lowering done together!!
After surgery, I felt like I understood why plastic surgeons are called gods. They solved in one shot a complex I had never been able to hide for my whole life. I really made the right choice getting nose surgery... right
