Nose Surgery Reviews

Bulbous nose selfies are really the worst. Am I the only one?

First of all.....in real life it is not quite that bad I just happen to look especially wider in photos, especially around the nostrils, and that was what I hated, so I went ahead and had surgery.... The nose jobs I knew about usually used ear cartilage, so I was going to use my ear too, but I kept seeing posts saying the ear gets resorbed. After consultations, I heard autologous costal cartilage lasts longer and is sturdier... anyway, I was more afraid of resorption, so in the end I used autologous costal cartilage too..... After surgery, apart from the costal area being uncomfortable for about a week, I recovered faster than I expected!!! But the real problem was the blocked nose The nasal packing made life miserable Breathing through my mouth made my mouth crack and all that... At least they removed it quickly; if I had to keep the splint on for a week like that, I think I would have gone crazy.... The result was not too dramatic and not too natural either, but almost exactly the refined shape we had designed during consultation. Now that the wide-looking nostril area has improved, my whole face looks much more polished?? Before surgery, my face felt a bit blunt because of my nose, but cleaning up the line was probably the best decision. Since I also had the costal cartilage harvested, I was ready to complain if the result was not good, but so far it is one of the best things I have done. Sometimes I look at old photos and think I should have had surgery even earlier.....Anyway, I think people like me who are bothered because one part stands out unusually will relate
