The doctor looked extremely busy, whether he had just come out of surgery or was about to go in for surgery, I couldn't tell. From a consult patient's perspective, it wasn't easy to feel relaxed when the doctor seemed rushed. The explanation felt professional, and I especially liked the idea of using the patient's own eye muscle to fill the hollow area in the upper eyelid. But if that is not enough, needing to add fat again feels like a double burden, so I was deliberation. The doctor's consult also felt a bit rushed and roughly explained, so it felt burdensome to trust the surgery to them. The desk staff and the consult staff were very kind.
