If you have a lot of eyelid fat, after double-eyelid surgery will your eyes end up looking swollen and puffy, with the crease pinched in, making the upper eyelid look even thicker and the whole thing look bad? When I look at double-eyelid surgery reviews, almost all the eyes I want have very little fat in the upper eyelid, and the eyes with eyelid fat like mine all just end up with a more bulging upper eyelid and a crease awkwardly sitting on top of it, making them look ugly...
