This is my 3rd nose surgery now, and the tip has ear cartilage and costal cartilage (columellar support) in it, without silicone, but it has completely changed my original facial impression, so I want a revision. But there is a lot of cartilage inside the nasal tip and it is the type tied with sutures, so I really need a doctor who is excellent at removal. Is there a clinic that is good at both removal and surgery, or anyone who had a case like mine? I am still going around for consultations too. I am posting because I really, really need help.
