It has been several years since I had hump nose osteotomy surgery. I keep wondering whether the part used for the nasal tip support was septal cartilage. My columella has drooped so much like a crying face, and I just want to remove it and go back to my old nose (I do not mind if the nose becomes a little lower). Is there a case like this? Please, anyone, leave a comment.
