I went in for nostril reduction consultation too, and they recommended a package of nostril reduction + Misko + filler. They said that if you do those together it will definitely look better, so they recommended it, but they also said if you do not want that price or do not want to do it that way, just nostril reduction alone is fine. The 2-year filler package was 179? and nostril reduction alone was 100.
