I had alar reduction + Misko + nose filler. After the alar reduction, the nostrils definitely got smaller, and Misko lifted the tip of the nose, so at first I was satisfied. But after 6 months from the surgery, the tip of the nose went back down like before. I like the alar reduction, but I ended up thinking I should have just had surgery instead of doing Misko. T_T
