I had alar reduction and I am satisfied so far. There was some asymmetry while doing the alar reduction, but I think they corrected it to some extent. Because it was done without incision, it did not show much even before the wound fully healed. The disappointing part is that the tip of my nose is still blunt, so I think I should have gotten a consultation about the tip too.
