I had the nose tip cartilage tied and the nostrils reduced. The nose tip cartilage tying seems to have come undone in about a month.. The nostril reduction came out naturally and well. Since it was done under local anesthesia, they showed me my nose in the middle of the operation, so it is possible to have the surgery adjusted to your needs! I recommend it if you want a natural nostril reduction.
