Both the director and the consultation manager were so kind, and through the consultation I learned more details about my face. I wanted to think it over more, so I did not go ahead, but if I do end up getting it, I think I would do it here. I had a lot of questions and asked about many things, and they explained everything in great detail. I really liked how kind they were.
