They said not to shave down the dorsal hump and to do only the nose tip. They said they would stitch the septum to the alar cartilage, so the nose tip would absolutely not droop. But while the consultation was kind, it did not feel detailed. They also said the surgery would take an hour, which felt too short. The facility and the kindness were good.
