About 5 years ago? I had surgery because I wanted to reduce my facial fat. Actually, it was more like a simple procedure than surgery. It seemed like they do cosmetic contouring, and they explained how my cheek fat might be reduced, how my facial changes might affect harmony with other areas, and so on. What I still remember is that they looked at my chin and asked when I had it shaved, but my chin is naturally like that.... haha That probably means it is the kind of surgery that looks unnatural and not pretty I had been greedy and asked them to remove as much as possible, but they said that would make my cheeks look hollow, so they opposed it. Still, they removed as much as possible. Now, because I am older than I was then, the hollowing in my cheeks shows a bit, but this is the kind of face I wanted, so I am still satisfied ^^
