I went there with much higher expectations than for other clinics. The consultant in the consultation room was so kind that I was tempted, but I left immediately after consulting with the doctor lol It was the most unfriendly clinic I have ever been to, and the doctor looked at the patient with contempt(?) He spoke as if his own opinion was the only possible solution. I do not think I will go again.
And maybe it is just a trait of the clinic, but they kept talking only about thread lifting. It even made me suspect that they are not specialized in nose and eyes, but in lifting/thread lifting... The deposit refund process was not smooth either. When I asked about the deposit refund, they said the deposit could not be refunded and that only skin clinic procedures worth that amount were possible. I argued about that a lot, and it was the first time I had ever seen such a tiring place. The manager and the billing staff could not communicate at all, and if I had not had a recording, they would have tried to overcharge me outright.
