1. The nose consultation was good. The only downside was that the waiting time was a bit long, but I understand since that means there were a lot of people waiting. 2. During the consultation, the manager was humorous and professional. (Not the soft and gentle type.) 3. I already knew the director's skill, so I felt reassured and decided to have the surgery. (The person who did my eye surgery before, and I am still satisfied with it.)
