I had a consultation for revision nose surgery. Even though I had made a reservation, I had to wait too long, which annoyed me a bit, but I liked that the director was kind and explained things in detail. He also explained in detail what could be covered by actual expense insurance, and I was satisfied with the price too, so that was good.
