Overall it was not bad, but maybe because it was so big, it felt a bit chaotic The manager's consultation was good. The explanation was detailed and they were kind, and the director was cool. I decided on surgery, but suddenly the director quit and they called to say another director would do it, asking whether I wanted to consult again. So I felt it was better not to do it, and I did not go ahead with that hospital.
