The director did a good job with the consultation. The price was better than I expected, and the clinic was clean, so it felt fine. They carefully looked at my lip shape and paid a lot of attention to my opinion when designing it. But the disappointing part is that maybe I need to speak up first? There was a bit of a feeling that communication becomes good only if I do that.
