The fat grafting I had done sagged, so around 6 or 7 years later I had double chin and cheek liposuction, and there was zero effect. The doctor said my skin was thick, so there was not much fat and the amount suctioned was small. If that was true because of my skin, they should have told me before surgery. I think they should have told me before surgery if that was the case.
