The consultation is very kind, just like in the YouTube video. I said I already have a nose bridge and that I was scared of implant-based rhinoplasty, so they said they would do it as implant-free nose surgery. The aftercare seems fine, and the price is pretty reasonable. And I don't know about the manager, but the chief surgeon at least is very gentle.
