This was my first nose surgery and the price came out under 300, so I was surprised that everyone else said they got much more expensive estimates. Maybe because it was silicone rather than AlloDerm.. The hospital staff were really kind, but the operating room staff were a bit mechanical... The columella seems lifted, so I am a little worried whether it will come down with time. Anyway, I will come back to write about the progress after some time has passed.
