I had fat grafting about 8 years ago. Now I am writing a review after looking for information because I have severe acne scars due to a side effect from skin needling. Right after the procedure back then, the area directly below the cheekbones was sunken. The temple area was also sunken, but they said that because the temples have a lot of muscle, it could happen there too, yet the area directly below the cheekbones was honestly a bit hard to explain. It seems fine now
