I went in for a double eyelid consultation. They recommended incisional surgery and eye correction, and I had a line I wanted, but instead of that, they proposed the line and direction that the doctor preferred. They seemed confident, but personally it wasn't the opinion I wanted about the line I had in mind, so I just got the consultation and left.
