The doctor explained things in a very long and detailed way, but I actually liked that. I could clearly feel their experience, and I do not know if the staff were especially kind, but they were not rude either, just average. However, since this was a revision surgery and I wanted the line lowered, when I asked how much lower it would be, they did not draw the line directly there but said that you can only know inside the operating room, so you cannot know now, which was a little disappointing. Other places all showed me directly, haha
