They answered all my questions, and when I met with the director, the manager and other staff were not in the room. After the director explained everything, they rang the bell and the manager came in, but since the director had already listened to all my questions and pressed the bell, it didn't feel rushed. Safety feels reliable. They didn't draw the line I wanted, and said the line I wanted didn't suit me, so that was disappointing. In the reviews, there were mostly thin incisional cases, and for the line they recommended in-out incision plus eye correction. I am wary of eye correction, but they only focus on the eyes, and the director has overwhelmingly long experience, so if you like the line, maybe this is a place you could do it.
