I went prepared with many different questions, but before I even asked, the director first explained the points I was curious about with real expertise, which made me trust them. At the previous hospital, they had already decided on the answer and were saying this is how it has to be done, but here they explained based on evidence what could and could not be done, so it was easy to accept. The manager was kind too, and I was very satisfied with the consultation, so I hope the surgery turns out well to that same degree!!
