After two orthodontic treatments, my upper lip had curled inward as much as it could, and my philtrum had become longer because of nose surgery, so I kept worrying about it. I visited Like after narrowing it down to places known for philtrum reduction. The director did have a bit of pressure to book on the day of consultation, but otherwise it was fine. The doctor really felt professional. Just by looking at my face, they immediately figured out the surgeries and shape I'd had before. They explained the surgical method and why it was needed in a way that was easy to understand and very thorough. They listened calmly to what I had to say too. They seemed kind and delicate, so if I do end up having the surgery, it will probably be here, but I'm still putting off the reservation because the scar is still a big concern.
