This was the first place I went for a consultation, and the consultation ended up being an hour later than my originally booked time. They did take off the consultation fee and said sorry, but... I wanted to have the tip of my nose done with ear cartilage, but here they said that for a first surgery, the nose tip should use septal cartilage. This is a common rule in all surgical textbooks. Choosing ear cartilage is troublesome and means choosing a more inconvenient path. Sometimes people decide every material themselves, but that is wrong internet knowledge. I got scolded a lot like that, but after going around to consultations in other regions for nose surgery, they all said I should probably use ear cartilage for the nose tip...^^ My nose is too small and short, so there probably is not much septal cartilage to take...^^ haha....^^
+ Another reason I did not choose this place is that if complications or problems happen later, it would probably be hard to communicate with the doctor. Even during the consultation, they kept cutting me off and only insisted on what they wanted to say, their opinion, and their own view, so what would happen if a problem came up...
