The manager responded kindly and calmly. They didn't ask me any personal questions at all, and they gently identified the double-eyelid line I wanted and told me the expected results. I didn't have much time to talk with the director. The director seemed to be a bit busy.. Still, they diagnosed me without overtreatment. If it was not a surgery they thought was necessary, they didn't push it. And they seem to have a strong belief about surgical methods. What was disappointing, though, was that they recommended a result that was very different from the line I expected (that could be a problem with my eyes, though. Since I haven't been to other hospitals yet, I need an objective judgment), and even if you make a reservation and go, the wait still takes about 20 minutes in total
