They did not prescribe any medicine to dry out the sebum, so after the procedure red bumps that looked like sebaceous glands or something started popping up on the incision area of my nose. Right after it was done it was really pretty, but once the swelling went down and the tip binding on the nose came loose (they did not tell me it would loosen T_T), I just kind of did not know what surgery I had even had, but I got by feeling pretty good in a rough way.. The area between my eyebrows rose a bit, so I became a little... semi-avatar-like (dangerous) T_T Looking at it over time, I felt disappointed too, so this time I am planning to get a revision at another hospital. The director is absolutely safety-first, so they do not really recommend anything super flashy. They put you under general anesthesia and wake you up in the middle of the operation (when finishing), and the director tells you the surgery went well. The staff were very kind.... As for the result, it is just so-so. My nose originally had a slight asymmetry and the tip was a little crooked (genetic), but they did not tell me about that and just operated, so it got higher and I only realized it later haha I just live with it because it does not stand out much and is so natural that nobody knows I had my nose done anymore haha If you want something natural, go here. But I do not think it is that perfect and clean from start to finish. It felt like they put safety first and foremost. Skill-wise, I would say it is not that great T_T
