I went for a nose surgery consultation, and they said that inflammation is bound to come to the tip of the nose once time passes, so nose surgery must be done in a way that makes reversal easy, and they said I should only do cartilage rearrangement + silicone... In the end I went somewhere else and had the surgery. They did the septum and the nose tip, and even then it looked natural, so when I think about the ear cartilage they had put in once more, if I had only done cartilage rearrangement I would definitely have needed revision surgery.
