They said the surgery would use silicone and repositioning of the nasal tip cartilage, and quoted 270, which surprised me... But I had surgery at another hospital and it looked natural, so they did not put any nasal tip cartilage in. I could have been in big trouble.......... But from what I hear, because it looks too natural, there are many people who end up regretting it.
