The director had a straightforward style. I met the director directly without a manager consultation. I went because a friend had a good result, and when I said that I did not necessarily want it if it was not needed, he said I did not have to do it. (I went for consultation because I have double eyelids on both sides, but one side has ptosis so my eyes are uneven.) That made me trust him a little more.
