The consultation was very cursory. They showed me a few before-and-after cases and just said my eyes would need to be treated with this and that method, then stopped there. When I asked whether they would remove eye fat, they replied rudely that of course they would. Since the doctor does not consult me directly anyway, it feels pointless to go. I do not remember the estimate cost, so I just wrote 10,000 for now.
