First, I arrived on time for my appointment, but ended up waiting 40 minutes. A woman who came in after me said she had another appointment and wanted to be seen first, and without even consulting me, they let her go in first. All the staff were kind, but I do think the response and order were clearly wrong.
The consultation with the director was even worse. I waited 40 minutes only to meet them, but they were very forceful with their opinions and had a slightly sneering attitude that really seemed unprofessional. They didn't even fully discuss the areas I wanted to consult about. Honestly, the price was high and the director seemed skilled, so I had planned to get liposuction here no matter what, but after the in-person consultation I'm reconsidering.
