She is the person who has explained things the most thoroughly and professionally so far while I was visiting clinics. She answered everything when I asked step by step about how Medpor would be removed and how the surgery would be done, and I really liked that. But the price is so high... so I am a bit worried. The manager did not even bat an eye and did not give any discount either T_T
